摘要
目的探讨肺炎支原体(MP)感染儿童血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞(WBC)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化及其临床意义。方法收集60例支原体下呼吸道感染患儿做为观察组,选择同期门诊体检的50例健康儿童做对照组。比较两组血清TNF-α、WBC及hs-CRP水平变化。结果 MP下呼吸道感染患儿TNF-α、WBC及hs-CRP水平显著高于对照组,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.01);其中重症支原体感染患儿TNF-α、WBC及hs-CRP水平显著高于MP轻症感染患儿(P<0.01);观察组WBC及hs-CRP阳性率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 MP感染患儿血清TNF-α、WBC及hs-CRP水平显著升高,炎症因子参与了MP感染的发生发展,对炎症因子的检测有助于诊断及判断预后。
Objective To investigate the mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) infection in children serum tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α, interleukin (WBC) and high sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP) level and its clinical significance. Methods 60 cases of mycoplasma pneumoniae in children with acute lower respiratory infection were selected as observation group, and 50 healthy children at the same period outpatient physical examination as control group, to compare serum TNF-α, WBC and hs-CRP level changes on the two groups. Results The MP in children with acute lower respiratory infection of TNF-α, WBC and hs-CRP levels were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference has statistical significance (P 〈0.01); one of the severe Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children of TNF-α, WBC and hs-CRP levels were significantly higher than that of MP mild infection of children (P 〈0.01); WBC in the observed group and the positive rate of hs-CRP was significantly higher than that in control group (P 〈0.01). Conclusions MP infection serum TNF-α, WBC and hs-CRP levels are significantly higher in MP, inflammatory factors are involved in the occurrence and development of infection, the inflammatory factor testing is helpful in the diagnosis and prognostic Judgement.
