康妇消炎栓及红藤合剂联合微波治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效比较

Clinical Observation on Treating Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease with Kangfu Anti-Inflammatory Suppository or Hongteng Mixture Combined with Microwave Therapy

目的探讨康妇消炎栓或者红藤合剂联合微波治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法将203例慢性盆腔炎随机分为三组,A组予康妇消炎栓联合微波治疗、B组予红藤合剂联合微波治疗、C组为对照组仅予微波治疗。结果 A、B两组的总有效率明显高于C组(P<0.05)。结论康妇消炎栓和红藤合剂联合微波对慢性盆腔炎具有良好的治疗作用,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository or hongteng mixture combined with microwave therapy in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease（PID）. Methods 203 patients with chronic PID were randomly divided into 3 groups. Group A was treated with kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository and microwave therapy, group B was treated with hongteng mixture and microwave therapy, group C was treated with microwave therapy only. Results The total effects of A and B groups were superior to group C （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository combined with microwave therapy is an effective treatment of chronic PID, which is worthy of clinical application.
