支气管肺泡灌洗术治疗40例社区获得性肺炎的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Bronchoalveolar Lavage in the Treatment of 40 Cases of Community Acquired Pneumonia

目的探讨支气管肺泡灌洗术治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床效果。方法本院收治的社区获得性肺炎患者80例,分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组常规治疗方式的基础上,进行经纤支镜支气管肺泡灌洗。结果观察组总有效率92.50%高于对照组75.00%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论支气管肺泡灌洗术用于治疗社区获得性肺炎患者疗效可靠。

Objective To evaluate the effect of bronchoalveolar lavage in the treatment of community acquired pneumoma. Methods 80 cases of community acquired pneumonia patients ：were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine treatment, the observation group received conventional treatment modalities on the basis of the treatment in the control group, performed by fiber branch mirror bronchoalveolar lavage. Results The total effective rate of the observation group （92.50%） was higher than that （75%） in the control group, with significant difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Bronchoalveolar lavage has a reliable efficacy in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia.
