家庭康复护理对于老年髋部骨折术后功能恢复的效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Family Rehabilitation Nursing for the Postoperative Functional Recovery of Elderly Patients with Hip Fractures

目的分析家庭康复护理对于老年髋部骨折术后功能恢复的疗效。方法将90例老年髋部骨折患者随机均分为康复组及对照组。对照组出院时予以常规指导,康复组出院时指导患者家属家庭康复护理知识。结果康复组Harri总分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。康复组在功能恢复,疼痛缓解及关节活动度上评分均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论家庭康复护理能够提高老年髋部骨折术后功能恢复效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of family rehabilitation nursing for the postoperative functional recovery of elderly hip fracture patients. Methods 90 cases of elderly hip fracture patients in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were randomly divided into the recovery group and control group. The control group was given conventional guidance when the patients left hospital. And family members of patients in the recovery group learned the knowledge of family rehabilitation nursing when the patients left hospital. Results The total score of Harris in the recovery group was obviously higher than that in the control group （P 〈0.01）. And the scores of functional recovery, easement of pain and joint range of motion in the recovery group were all better than those in the control group （P 〈0.01）. Conclusions Family rehabilitation nursing can improve the clinical effect of the postoperative functional recovery of elderly patients with hip fractures.
