膝关节镜治疗创伤性膝关节滑膜炎的术后护理

Postoperative Nursing of Knee Arthroscopic Treatment for Traumatic Knee Synovitis

目的通过对68例膝关节镜治疗创伤性膝关节滑膜炎手术病人的临床观察及护理研究,探讨膝关节镜手术后的护理模式。方法对我院收治的68例膝关节镜治疗创伤性膝关节滑膜炎手术患者给予心理护理、体位护理、物理治疗、康复训练等术后护理措施。结果全部68例患者均顺利康复出院,随访1～2年,未见感染,血管、神经损伤等并发症。结论对膝关节镜治疗创伤性膝关节滑膜炎手术患者给予科学的术后护理可以获得令人满意的临床疗效。

Objective To discuss the postoperative nursing mode through the clinical observation and nursing research of 68 cases of knee arthroscopic treatment for traumatic knee synovitis. Methods 68 cases of knee arthroscopic treatment for traumatic knee synovitis were given postoperative nursing measures such as psychological nursinge, body position nursing, physical treatment, and rehabilitation training. Results All 68 cases were recovered smoothly and discharged from the hospital. With the follow-up of 1 - 2 years, no infection, blood vessel, nerve damage, or other complications occurred. Conclusions Scientific postoperative nursing for traumatic knee synovitis patients with knee arthroscopic treatment can obtain satisfactory clinical curative effect.
