急性脑血管病患者的早期康复及护理

Early Rehabilitation and Nursing for Patients with Acute Cerebrovacular Diseases

目的探讨如何对急性脑血管病患者加强临床护理及进行早期康复训练,促进患者肢体运动功能恢复,提高患者生活质量。方法对166例急性脑血管病患者实施心理护理、各项临床护理,进行早期康复锻炼,增强战胜疾病的信心。结果 141例急性脑血管病患者恢复较满意,生活能自理,其中有39例可参加日常工作,10例可进行简单语言交流,4例不能进行语言交流但能进行非语言方式交流。结论有针对性地提供心理护理,有效落实基础生活护理,根据患者实际进行早期康复训练,可提高急性脑血管病患者的生活自理能力及生存质量。

Objective To investigate how to promote recovery of patients＇ extremity movement function and improve patients＇ quality of life by enhancing clinical nursing for the patients with acute cerebrovacular diseases （ACD） and taking early rehabilitation for them. Methods A total of 166 patients of ACD were treated with psychological nursing and some other clinical cares and were taken early rehabilitation training to enhance their confidence of recovery from ACD. Results 141 patients had satisfactory rehabilitation, and they could do everyday life by themselves; 39 patients could go back to their work; 10 patients could take simple oral conmmunication; 4 patients could not take oral conmmunication with others, but they could conmmunicate by non-linguistic way. Conclusions Providing targeted psychological nursing, effectively taking basic nursing of daily life and taking rehabilitation training based on patients＇ present condition can improve ACD patients＇ ability of daily life and the quality of life.
