摘要
目的探讨门诊输液室常见护理纠纷的原因与防范对策。方法回顾性统计2006年1月至2010年12月间门诊输液过程中发生的护理纠纷,分析其原因。结果增强护理人员的法制观念,安全意识,加强安全管理,改善服务态度,良好的护患沟通均能化解护患矛盾,杜绝护理纠纷的发生。结论采取相应的管理对策,能及时阻止护理纠纷的发生。
Objective To explore the cause and management countermeasures of common nursing disputes in out-patient service infusion room. Methods A retrospective statistic was conducted for the nursing disputes in out-patient service infusion room from Jan 2006 to Dec 2010, and the causes were analyzed. Results Enhancing nurses' legal awareness, safety awareness, strengthening safety management, improving service attitude and good nurse-patient communication could defuse the nurse-patient conflicts, and prevent the occurrence of nursing disputes. Conclusions Taking appropriate man agement measures can timely prevent the occurrence of nursing disputes.
