近五年针灸治疗原发性痛经的研究进展

Research Progress of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea in the Past Five Years

原发性痛经是月经前后及经期出现的痛引小腹及腰骶,无生殖器官的器质性病变,一直是困扰青年女性的疾病。中医对原发性痛经有多种疗法,且不断更新。针灸治疗止痛由来已久,在临床应用中也取得了较好效果,且毒副作用小,操作简单、方便。现对近5年针灸治疗原发性痛经的研究进行概述。

Primary dysmenorrhea is the pain of lower abdomen and the lumbosacral before and after menstruation and menstrual period, without reproductive organ organic disease. Many young women have been troubled by this disease. Chinese medicine has a variety of treatment methods for primary dysmenorrhea, and constantly updates. Acupuncture treatment for pain has a long history, has fewer side effects, and is operated simply and conveniently, which has achieved good results in clinical applications. This paper summarized the study of acupuncture treatment for primary dysmenorrhea in the past five years.
