深低温冻存脐血复温后输注导致高血压的影响因素分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨深低温冻存脐血复温后输注发生高血压的情况及其影响因素。方法调查116例行深低温冻存复温后脐血移植患者输注脐血时不良反应的发生情况,并持续监测患者的血压。结果116例脐血移植患者中78例(67.2%)出现了不同程度的高血压,通过单因素分析发现输注时间短、单位时间输入病人体内每毫升有核细胞数多的患者,其高血压的发生率高,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.000,P=0.023)。结论深低温冻存脐血输注发生高血压的频率高,输注时间和单位时间输入病人体内每毫升有核细胞数是高血压发生的危险因素。 Objective To explore the occurrence of hypertension during the infusion of cryopreserved cord blood after thawing and to analyze its causes. Methods The investigation was conducted among 116 patients underwent cord blood transplantation. The infusion-related side effects and blood pressure were monitored continuously in and after the infusion. Results Of the total, 78 cases (67.2%) experienced various degrees of hypertension. Univariate analysis indicated that the shorter infusion time was and the more nucleated cells infused to patients per minute were, the higher incidence of hypertension was (P=0.000, P=0.023). Conclusion The incidence of cryopreserved cord blood cell infusion-related hypertension is high. The infusion time and the number of nucleated cells infused to patients per minute are factors contributing to the occurrence of hypertension.
