摘要
目的了解临床实习护生在ICU接受双师带教过程中的身心体验,以便有针对性地为该带教模式提供支持。方法采用目的抽样法,选择接受双师带教的8名临床实习护生作为研究对象,进行半结构式深入访谈,现场录音,按现象学研究的方法整理分析资料。结果双师带教能促进护生理论与实践的有机结合;能帮助护生了解ICU监护、治疗专科特色;能提高护生对科室带教的满意度;更能感受到学校对护生的关怀。结论双师带教有利于教学标准的统一,实现因材施教,教学相长。但专职教师临床带教的积极性不高;学校专职教师下临床带教每周的次数、时间、内容及如何建立长效的机制,还有待进一步的研究。
Objective To understand the experience of dual-tutorial teaching in ICU for nursing students and to provide scientific support for the teaching mode.Methods Through purpose sampling,8 clinical nursing students received semi-structure interview,which was recorded and analyzed with phenomenology method.Results With dual-tutorial teaching,which realizes the combination of theory and practice,nursing students recognized the feature of ICU and were more satisfied with the clinical teaching.Conclusion Dual-tutorial teaching is beneficial to the unity of teaching standard and teaching according to students' aptitude,however,teachers lack enthusiasm in clinical teaching and a systematic method of dual-tutorial still needs to be worked out.
