摘要
目的观察中药贴敷局部治疗癌性疼痛的效果。方法将63例住院癌性疼痛患者按照住院顺序分为两组,对照组31例采用三阶梯止痛及常规护理;干预组32例在对照组的基础上,根据辨证给予疼痛点阿是穴(痛痛点不明确的患者根据影像学确定病变部位为贴敷点)临床经验方癌痛1号方加减中药贴敷治疗及相关护理。疗程为7 d。结果7 d疗程结束,干预组有效缓解率为84%,对照组有效缓解率为42%,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经辨证后予疼痛点阿是穴(痛痛点不明确的患者根据影像学确定病变部位为贴敷点)中药贴敷干预可有效缓解癌性疼痛。
Objective To observe the effect of TCM acupoint sticking on cancer pain.Methods Sixty-three patients with cancer pain were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Three-step ladder for cancer pain relief and routine nursing were applied in control group while in observation group,in addition to three-step ladder for cancer pain relief and routine nursing,TCM acupoint sticking on Ashi Acupuncture Point was applied,which lasted for 7 days.Results The total effective rate in observation group reached 84% while in control group 42%,which indicated statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion TCM acupoint sticking is effective for cancer pain relief.
