瑶族习惯法——石牌律研究的回顾与思考

Review and Reflection on Researches about the Yao's Customary Law

至21世纪前10年,学术界对瑶族习惯法的研究更为广泛和深入,并在这一领域取得了丰硕的成果,形成了独具特色的研究特点。当前对瑶族习惯法研究还存在理解偏差、整体研究不足、挖掘潜力不够等问题,应在现有研究成果的基础上,做好理顺瑶族习惯法与国家法的关系等六方面的工作,进一步推动瑶族习惯法研究的深入。

Until to the 2010s, academic society has widely and deeply studied and a great deal of achievement on the Yao＇ s customary law, and formed distinctive study on the characteristics of the customary law. At present, there are some problems, such as the understanding deviation, the inadequate research, and lack of potentials. On the basis of the present research, we should organize six areas of works such as making clear the relation between the Yao＇ s customary law and country law, and then promote deeply studied the Yao＇s customary law.
