摘要
贵州民族教育转型发展面临着教育结构单一、教育体系不完善、语言障碍、双语教学质量不够理想、综合办学能力差、寄宿制学校少且差、乡土教育体系不完善等问题。大力推进三语教学,创新教育体制,更新教育理念,加快民族地区经济由粗放型转向集约型发展的步伐,是促进贵州各级各类民族教育转型和协调发展的必要举措。
This paper examines closely the development of ethnic education in Guizhou, discusses the current transformation of ethnic education with its predicament, and makes an in-depth analysis of the problems in ethnic education such as unitary structure, imperfect system, language obstacle, a paradox between bilingual teaching and teaching quality, poor school-running capabilities, a small number and poor conditions of boarding schools, and imperfect local education system. Finally, it puts forward suggestions about developing trilingual teaching, innovating educational system, changing educational concept and accelerating the transformation from extensive economy to intensive economy in ethnic regions so as to promote coordinate develooment and transformation of all tvoes of ethnic education at all levels in Guizhou Province.
