摘要
目的 鉴定细粒棘球蚴细胞系细胞的种属来源。方法 应用SDS凝胶电泳测定细粒棘球蚴细胞系酯酶同工酶 (EST) ,并和E granulosus原头节、囊液及包虫病人血清作比较。结果 细粒棘球蚴细胞系、E granulosus原头节、囊液含有相同的酯酶同工酶谱 ,在同一位点出现相同的一条酶带。结论 实验结果表明从包虫病人培育的 13G - 5细胞确系来源于E granulosus细胞。
Aim Identifying the original cell line of Echinococcus granulosus Methods SOD isoenzyme patters of cells from E granulosus cell line,E granulosus protoscoleces and cyst fluid and hydatidosis patient had been analysed through polycrylamid gel electrophoresis Result The SOD isoenzyme band of E granulosus cell line were same as that of the protoscolex and cyst fluid,but more markedly from that of from patient Conclusion It indicates that the cell line of E granulosus(13G-5)in which was from hydatid patient and protoscoles cells are homogeneous This study had laid foundation for identifying the cell line of E granulosus from its origin
