摘要
为揭示桑叶抗氧化作用的物质基础,于不同生长季节采摘6个代表性桑品种的桑叶,测定桑叶提取液中的总多酚含量以及体外总抗氧化能力、清除.OH能力和清除O2-.能力,分析桑叶总多酚含量与体外抗氧化活性的量效关系。6个供试桑品种以抗青10号的桑叶提取液抗氧化活性较强,不同生长时期采摘桑叶样品以5月份采摘桑叶的提取液抗氧化活性较高。不同桑品种桑叶提取液的抗氧化、清除.OH和O2-.活性与桑叶提取液中的总多酚含量的相关性都达到极显著水平,二者之间具有良好的量效关系。研究结果说明桑叶中的总多酚是其抗氧化作用的重要物质基础之一,桑叶总多酚含量可以作为评价不同桑品种及不同生长季节药用桑叶抗氧化作用的参考标准。
In order to reveal the material base of antioxidation effect of mulberry leaves,we measured total polyphenol contents and in vitro total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),scavenging hydroxyl radical capacity(SHRC) and scavenging superoxide anion radical capacity(SSARC) of leaves from six representative mulberry varieties in different growing seasons to analyze the dose-effect relationship between total polyphenol content and antioxidation activity.The results showed that the mulberry leaf extraction of Kangqing 10 had the highest antioxidation activity,and the antioxidation activity of mulberry leaves picked in May was better than those in other months.The correlation between T-AOC,SHRC and SSARC and total polyphenol content in mulberry leaf extract all reached extremely significant level,showing good dose-effect relationship between them.The above results indicated that total polyphenol in mulberry leaf is one of the important substances contributing to its antioxidation effect.The content of total polyphenol can be used as the reference standard to evaluate medicinal antioxidation effect of different mulberry varieties and mulberry leaves in different growing seasons.
