摘要
对国内近些年钢铁表面黑色化学转化膜技术进行了综述。主要阐述了黑色氧化膜和黑色磷化膜两大方面。对每种转化膜技术反应条件、膜层结构及发展状况等方面进行了比较和分析。提出钢铁黑色化学转化膜技术未来的研究方向。
In this paper, the domestic status of the technology of black conversion coating on steel in recent years was reviewed. Two aspects, namely black oxide coating and black phosphate coating were described. The development status of each technology, reaction condition and composition of the coatings, etc. were compared and analyzed. Finally, the direction of future study on black conversion coating was suggested.
