Matt Treatment of Amorphous Ni-P Alloy Prepared by Electroless Plating

利用化学镀非晶态镍-磷合金镀层优良的抗腐蚀性能和较高的硬度,应用于部分表面有耐磨和防腐、装饰要求的零件,并对镀层进行亚光处理,使零件具有功能性作用和美观的装饰效果。介绍了此项技术在部分零件上应用的工艺过程,是非晶态化学镀技术在新领域的应用。

Amorphous Ni-P alloy coatings, which are prepared by electroless plating, has advantages of excellent corrosion resistance and high hardness. Using these coatings on the accessoy surface and processing a sub treatment on the coatings can make the accessory possess functionality and beautiful decorative effect. In this paper, the technical process of the application of this technique on part of the accessory was introduced. This technology is a specific application of amorphous plating in the new field.
