摘要
为快速、准确地测定溶液中的微量镍,以2-(5-嗅-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-(二乙氨基)苯酚为螯合剂,四氯化碳为萃取剂,乙醇为分散剂,应用分散液液微萃取分离富集微量镍,并对影响萃取效果的各因素进行分析,确定了最佳萃取条件,富集倍数为18。分散液液微萃取-分光光度法有效提高了分析仪器的检测能力,是痕量元素的检测新方法,将其应用于溶液中微量镍的测定,结果令人满意。
In this work, dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction as a novel approach was developed for accurate and fast determination of trace nickel in aqueous solution by speetrophotometry. In the extraction method, 5-Br-PADAP was used as chelating agent, and CCl4 and C2H5OH as extracting agent and dispersant, respectively. Some influencing factors on extraction efficiency were analyzed and the best extraction and separation condition was determined. The enrichment multiples was 18. This method has been successfully applied in the analysis of trace nickel in nickel plating waste with satisfactory results.
