血清一氧化氮在川崎病病理过程中的作用

摘要 川崎病(kawasakidisease,KD)病因目前尚不明确,但内皮功能紊乱是KD发生冠状动脉粥样硬化的关键环节。越来越多的证据表明一氧化氮(NO)是内皮功能紊乱发生发展过程中重要的气体分子。本文通过检测KD患儿血清NO水平,并分析与白细胞(WBC计数及C-反应蛋白(CRP)的关系,旨在探讨NO在KD病理过程中的作用,为探索KD的发病机制提供理论基础。
