摘要
目的建立高效毛细管电泳分离检测饮料中抗坏血酸(Vc)的方法。方法实验条件:柱温20%,电压20kV,pH9.2的硼酸缓冲液,进样时间10s,检测波长264nm。同时研究缓冲液pH、电压、检测波长等对测定结果的影响。结果上述条件可实现Vc的有效分离,回收率为84.9—98.7。结论该方法简单、可重复性强,适合测定饮料中Vc。
Objective To establish a procedure to quantify vitamin C in beverage samples by capillary electrophoresis. Methods The experiment was performed under the conditions: column temperature: 20%', electric voltage: 20 kV, sodium borate buffer (pH 9.2), sampling time: 10 s, the wave length of detection: 264 nm. The buffer pH, electrophoresis voltage, the detection wavelength, et al were studied to find the influence on the detection results. Results Vc in beverage could be separated effectively under the conditions above. The recovery rate was 84.9 - 98.7. Conclusions The methods is simple and repeatable and is suitable to test the vitamin C in beverage.
