摘要 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT检查在窦口鼻道复合体(OMC)变异与鼻窦炎性疾病相关性研究中的价值。方法:对65例经鼻内镜及多层螺旋CT检查验证副鼻窦炎患者的影像图像进行回顾性分析。结果:65例OMC变异患者经鼻窦冠状位或横断位扫描及高空间分辨率算法成像分析,OMC变异所致的各种鼻窦炎均能清晰显示。其中,鼻中隔偏曲46例,占70.77%;中鼻甲气化4例,占6.15%;中鼻甲反向弯曲5例,占7.69%;Hall气房6例,占9.23%;钩突偏曲、气化或肥大4例,占6.15%。各种变异所致的间隙狭窄61例,占93.85%。各组鼻窦炎性表现分布:额窦粘膜增厚7例,积液2例,上颌窦积液和(或)粘膜增厚55例;筛窦积液33例,积液31例;其中,36例患者为多个窦腔受侵,占55.38%。结论:各种形式的OMC变异均能导致程度不同的副鼻窦炎性改变,多层螺旋CT检查能清晰显示各种变异的形态和特征,为功能性鼻内镜手术治疗具有积极的指导价值。 Objective:To investigate the value of muhislice CT in ostiomeatal complex (OMC) variation and the sinusitis disease - related research. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 65 cases of sinusitis patients after endoscopic and multislice CT verification image image. R^sults:65 cases of the OMC variability in patients with sinus coronal or axial scan and high spati'al resolution algorithm for image analysis, OMC variation caused by sinusitis can clear display , Nasal septum deviation, 46 cases, accounting for 70.77% ; 4 cases of middle turbinate gasification, accounting for 6.15% ; the middle turbinate re- verse bend 5 cases, accounting for 7.69% ; the Hall gas room six cases, accounting for 9.23% ; the nncinate process sep- tum, gasification or the mast four cases, accounting for 6.15%. All kinds of variations due to space narrowing 61 cases, ac- counting for 93.85%. Group of sinusitis peffommnce distribution: the frontal sinus mucosal thickening, effusion in 2 cases, maxillary sinus effusion and mucosal thickening (or) 55 cases; ethmoid effusion in 33 cases, effusion in 31 cases; Among them, 36 patients with multiple sinus involvement, accounting for 55.38%. Conclusion:The various forms of OMC variation can lead to different degrees of sinusitis changes, muhislice CT can clearly show the shape and characteristics of the various mutation for functional endoscopic sinus surgery for positive guidance.
