甲氨蝶呤联合中药治疗输卵管妊娠临床疗效的观察

Clinical Curative Effect Observation on MTX Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Oviducal Pregnancy

目的:观察甲氨蝶呤联合中药协同治疗输卵管妊娠效果,以考察我院中西药结合治疗该疾病的有无明显变化。方法:对60例输卵管妊娠患者分别采用甲氨蝶呤与甲氨蝶呤联合本院协定中药制剂治疗。结果:甲氨蝶呤联合中药治疗组在血β-HCG下降与包块缩小速度明显好于甲氨蝶呤组(P<0.05)。结论:甲氨蝶呤联合中药治疗输卵管妊娠能够明显缩短血β-HCG恢复至正常水平的天数,中西药结合有效。

Objective： Observation of MTX combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of oviducal pregnancy by synergistic effect, to inspect our Hospital of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of the disease have no obvious change. Methods： On 60 cases of oviducal pregnancy were treated by MTX and MTX combined with the a- greement of our Hospital Chinese medicine treatment. Results： MTX combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment group in the blood β - HCG declines with mass narrow speed was significantly better in the group of MTX. （P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion：MTX combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of oviducal pregnancy can obviously shorten the blood β - HCG returned to normal levels of the days ,with combination of TCM and Western medicine is effective.
