摘要
目的 :研究在正畸治疗中影响唇形态及位置变化的因素。方法 :通过对双颌前突的成年女性正畸治疗前后的 X-线头影测量片的软组织形态的比较分析 ,寻求影响唇的形态变化的临床因素。结果 :上下唇的突度平均减少 2 .38mm和 2 .2 2 m m,鼻唇角的平均变化为99.5 3到 111.2 6度 ,下下唇长度也平均增加 1.38mm和 4.6 0 mm,而唇的厚度则无明显的改变。讨论 :唇形态的变化不仅受到前牙移动的影响 ,而且与年龄、性别和唇本身结构等诸多因素有关。
Aim:to study the effecting reasons of lip changes during the orthodontic treatment Method:Using the soft tissue analysis with the pre and post cephalometric films to compare the changes in adult female with bimaxillary malocclusion Results:the upper and lower projecting lip were reduced in 2 38mm and 2 22mm individually The Nasolabial angle changed from 99 53 to 111 26 degrees The length of upper and lower lips has been increased 1 38mm and 4 60mm respectively However,the thickness of lips has no changes obviously Discussion:The morphology of lip has been influenced no only by the retraction of incisors,but also by age,sex and structure of itself
