摘要
理论上,氧化锆氧传感器电压输出特性可用能斯特方程进行计算和描述。但是实际制造时,材料的选取、制造工艺会存在不同;测氧过程中,也会存在现场噪声复杂、探头老化快等不利因素,造成了氧传感器的电压输出特性偏离理论曲线。针对这些不利因素,结合实验数据,建立了新的氧传感器软测量数学模型,并对模型进行了验证。仿真结果表明,该模型适用于氧化锆氧传感器控制系统的仿真及设计。
Zirconia oxygen sensor's voltage-output characteristics can be calculated and described according to nernst equation theoretically. But because of the difference of material selection and manufacture process, and the problems of complicated noise disturbances on site and zr-head ageing during oxygen test, the voltage output characteristics of oxygen sensor deviates theoretic curve. In allusion to these negative factors, a new soft measurement mathematic model for oxygen sensor is presented based on the test data, and is verified with test. The simulation results show the model is suitable for simulation and design for zirconia oxygen sensor control system.
