Shell煤气化(SCGP)技术中采用进口球阀作为锁煤、锁渣、锁灰阀(锁斗阀)及平衡阀,存在易卡死、易磨损、寿命短等缺点,不能长周期运行,直接影响了整个煤气化装置的可靠性及经济效益。锁斗阀和平衡阀的另一种选择——盘阀,在以往煤气化项目中作为进口球阀的备阀被局部应用,取得了令人满意的效果。详细阐述了盘阀的工作原理、结构及特点,介绍了盘阀在甲醇项目中的具体应用情况。
Due to the disadvantage of easily blocked off, easy abrasion, short life and etc. of the adopted ball valve as lock coal valve, lock cinder valve and lock ash valve (lock hopper valve) and balance valve in SCGP, the valve can't work for a long time, and directly impact the reliability and economic benefit of whole coal gasification set. Disk valve is another choice instead of lock hopper valve and balance valve. Disk valves were used as the spare valve of ball valve in coal gasification projects in the past with positive result. The working principle, structure and characteristic of disk valve are expatiated in detail, and the application of disk valve at Methanol project is further disclosed.
