二十世纪五六十年代,鞍钢出现了大规模的群众性技术革新和技术革命运动。对这一运动的总结报告,曾得到毛泽东的亲笔批示,并由此诞生了"鞍钢宪法"。考察这一历史事件的兴起、特点和影响,是梳理鞍钢技术发展史的重要内容,有助于我们全面地把握鞍钢技术发展的具体样态和特点,对于促进现代企业技术创新和技术发展具有重要的历史借鉴意义。
In 1950-60s, there are mass technological innovation and revolution movements in Angang. The out- standing performance of Angang was admitted by Maozedong, and the Angang Constitution was Promulgated. Study the original,festures and effects of the historical event is a important part of Angang technology history, it helps to fully grasp the forms and features of the development of Angang technology, It also has historical ref- erence meaning to promote technological innovation and development today.
