思想政治教育素质是高校辅导员专业化重要内容之一,它包括政治立场、思想政治理论水平和思想政治教育工作能力三个方面。辅导员承担思政课教学是促进辅导员思想政治教育素质的重要途径之一,对辅导员个体专业化和辅导员队伍专业化的发展都起着重要的作用,它可以通过自我内在素质的提升和外在支撑保障两个途径来实现。

The ideological and political quality of education is one of the important content of college counselors＇specialization, which in- cludes three aspects, a political stance, the level of ideological and political theory and the ability to work in ideological and political education, h is one important way for counselors to undertake the ideological and political class teaching to promote their ideological and political quality of education, which plays an important role in the development of individual specialization and professionalization of counselors. It can be achieved through the two channels of the inner self to enhance the quality and external support to protect.
