试论90后大学生的文化养成与辅导员工作

On the culture acquisition of students born after 1990 and councilors' work

中国二十世纪末的经济和文化转型历程伴随着90后大学生的成长。他们对于主流文化和传统的儒家文化都比较陌生,而对于西方流行的消费文化非常热衷。又因近十几年来的高等教育改革,使得他们的全面发展面临比较突出的问题,主要体现在"德性"文化教育的缺失等方面。这要求辅导员能够紧扣"德性"的文化养成教育,对90后大学生的状况进行全方位的调查和思考,以实现他们的全面健康的发展。

With the economic and cultural transformation at the end of the 20th century in China accompanied the growth of students born after 1990. They are unfamiliar with the mainstream culture and the traditional Confucian culture, but they pursue the popular western consumption culture. The high education reform in dozen years makes their full development a prominent problem, of which the lack of moral culture education is obvious. Councilors should stick to the＂ moral culture education and carry out all - round investigation and thinking over the status quo of students born after 1990 so as to realize their and full and healthy development.
