摘要
设计制作了一个长硼中子计数器,采用伴随粒子法标定了探测器的中子探测效率,约为2×10-6n/c,其测量不确定度约为17%左右。利用双源法测量了探测器的死时间,约为1.02μs,其测量不确定度约为0.2μs。同时分析讨论了影响探测器死时间的各项因素。
A BF3 neutron detector was designed and manufactured. Based on the associated - particle method, the value of its neutron detecting efficiency is about 2 ~ 10 -6 n/c, while the range of uncertainty is 17%. Un- der the condition of the double - sources methodand, the value of dead time of the detector is measured and e- quals about 1.02 μs, while the uncertainty covers from 0.2 pLs. At the same time, factors that affect the dead time were also analyzed .
