摘要
针对电器、仪器、材料等做温湿度、振动综合应力筛选试验,以便考核试品的适应性或对试品的行为作出评价。系统设计了温湿振三综合试验箱,主要功能是在不同的温湿度条件下对产品进行不同频率的振动,从而评判产品的特性。振动台的振荡主要是靠电机运转实现。系统通过将三相异步电机的变极调速原理与控制技术相结合,设计开发了一种电动机转速自由切换的可控系统。应用结果表明,振动系统运行稳定,数据采集精确可靠,对产品的检测功能效果良好,因此该系统具有一定的实用性和推广价值。
According to Detection performance under multi -state condition ,The main function is to test prod- uct performance in a multi -frequency vibration , specfic temperature and humidity conditions. Vibration table oscillations depend on the running motor. The system combine governor principle and control technology of three - phase asynchronous motor with controllable system, the system can freely switch a motor speed. The applica- tion results show that the vibration system runs stably, data acquisition is accurate and reliable,so the system has some of the practicability and value.
