摘要
以环氧值为指标,通过正交试验法对环氧蓖麻油的合成条件进行了优选.结果表明,影响环氧蓖麻油合成的因素依次为温度、乙酸的量、时间、磷酸(催化剂)的量、双氧水的量.最佳合成条件为:反应时间2.5 h,温度60℃,蓖麻油∶磷酸∶乙酸∶双氧水(质量比)为1∶0.021∶0.25∶0.7.在此条件下,蓖麻油的环氧值为2.50(g/g).最后,采用FI-IR和TG/DTG方法对产品进行了表征.
The study was carried out through orthogonal experimental design, using the epoxy value as the guide. The results showed that the order of the effect factors on the synthesis of epoxy castor oil was reaction temperature, amount of acetic acid, reaction time, amount of phosphoric acid ( catalyst ) and quantity of hydrogen peroxide. The optimal synthesis conditions were that reaction time was 2. 5 h, reac- tion temperature was 60℃, the ratio of m(castor oil) : m(phosphoric acid) : m(acetic acid) : m(hy- drogen peroxide) was 1 : 0.021 : 0.25 : 0.7. The epoxy value of the final product under these condi- tions was 2.50(g/g-1). Finally,FT-IR and TG/DTG were employed to characterize the product.
