城市外来劳动力与城市居民收入影响因素对比探究——基于CHIP微观横截面数据分析

A Comparative Analysis of Income Influence Factors between Urban Residents and Migratory Workers——Based on the CHIP cross-section data

不同劳动力市场的收入状况受到不同的影响因素制约,为了提高劳动者的个人竞争力,同时为用人单位制定合理的工资水平提供参考,研究了城市居民的收入影响因素和外来劳动力的不同之处,采用主成分分析方法,运用SAS统计分析软件对2002年的CHIP横截面数据进行了多元线性回归,得出了以下结论:外来劳动者的收入主要受教育年限、城镇就业年限、其他收入来源和周工作时间等因素的影响,其中各因素都与收入呈正相关的关系;而城市居民收入影响因素主要有受教育年限、就业年限以及日工作时长,其中收入与日工作时长呈正相关的关系.

Workers in different labor market can be affected by different tactors. In order to sharpen me competitive edge of our labor force, and provide reference for companies to fomulate a reasonable pay level at the same time, we try to find out the differences of the influence factors between the urban residents and migratory workers. We adopt the method of principal components analysis and use SAS statistical analysis software to launch a multiple linear regression of CHIP cross-section data, and finally we come to the conclusion that factors that have close relationship with the income of the migratory workers are years of education received, years of working in urban area, other income resources and weekly working hours, and every factor has a positive correlation with the income level. The income of urban residents is mainly affected by years of education received, years of working and working hours per day, and the income has a positive correlation with the working hours per day.
