用吸干乳剂作为抗癌药物甲氨蝶呤 (MTX)的载体 ,考察MTX对S1 80 、H2 2 、ESC 3种实体瘤和EAC腹水瘤的抑制作用 ,并初步考察了MTX制成吸干乳剂后对小鼠的毒性 .结果表明 :与MTX片剂相比 ,吸干乳剂能提高MTX对
Dry adsorded emulsion,as a new antitumor drug delivery system,was used to entrap the methotrexate(MTX).The antitumor effects of methotrexate dry adsorbed emulsion(MTXDAE)were studied on three solid tumors(Sarcosma180,Hepatoma22 and Ehrlich Solid carcinoma) and Ehrlich ascites carcinoma,and the preliminary toxicity test of the MTXDAE was also studied in this paper.The results showed that the dry adsorbed emulsion could increase the antitumor effects of the MTX on three solid tumors and EAC in mice,especially in higher doses.
