我国农业产业区域集群建设的现实困境与路径设计

The Practical Dilemma and Ways of China’s Agricultural Regional Clusters Construction

我国农业自改革开放以来得到了长足的发展,农产品的供求状况也基本上由短缺状态转向了供求基本平衡。尽管如此,我国农产品产业结构不合理,区域性农产品趋同,农产品的品质不高,缺乏市场竞争力与农民收入增长较为缓慢,农业经济效益不高等现象依然存在。在理论上探讨了我国新形势下推进农业产业区域化的重要意义和集群化建设面临的现实困境后,以此为基础,对农业产业区域集群化建设的路径进行了初步设计。

Since reform and opening, China＇s agriculture has undergone a leap forward. The supply of China＇s agricultural products is in line with demand instead of long-term shortage. However, the phenomena exist of unreasonable structure, similar products, low quality, lack of competitiveness slow increase of farmers＇ income and low economic efficiency. On the basis of analyzing the significance of industry regionalization and the practical dilemma, this paper points out the possible ways of constructing agricultural regional clusters.
