摘要
通过剖析大学管理中存在的重行政权威缺情感因素,重制度管理轻人文关怀从而挫伤教职工的积极性,导致多方面的消极因素,提出大学管理必须遵循以人为本的现代大学管理理念,探讨了重视人、尊重人、关爱人、理解人、激发人的情感管理方法与模式的价值。
University management puts more emphasis on administrative authority and system than emotional factors and humanistic care, thus dampening the enthusiasm of staff and leading to many negative factors. It is recommended that the university management should follow the people-oriented management style. This paper discusses about the value of focusing on people, respecting people, caring for people, understanding people and inspiring people.
