以高校新闻学专业为例谈多元文化视阈下的复合型人才培养

On Compound Talent Training from the Multi-cultural Perspective——Taking Journalism Major in University as an Example

进入二十一世纪,蓬勃发展的新闻事业给高校新闻教育提供了更广阔的平台,同时也提出了更高的要求。但目前新闻学教学手段相对滞后,教学效果与社会需求的矛盾逐步加大。作者分析当前新闻学教育现状,探索新闻学教育发展方向,分析在多元文化互相渗透的社会背景下,新闻学教育的客观要求。通过多元文化理念和模式的实施,培养符合媒体发展和社会需要的复合型人才。

In the 21st century, the booming journalism not only provides journalism education with a broader platform but also puts forward higher requirements of it. But the means of journalism teaching is lagging behind, gradually gapping teaching effectiveness and social needs. Through the analysis of the status quo of journalism education, this paper explores the direction of the development of journalism education and put forward the objective requirements of journalism education in the social context of muhicuhural penetration. 0nly by implementing multicultural concept and mode, can we train compound talents in line with the media development and social needs as well.
