基于“卓越计划”的大学生自我管理培育探究

A Study of University Students’ Self-management Based on “the Outstanding Plan”

依据教育部的"卓越计划",按照培养卓越创新人才的要求,大学生应该进行自我管理。而且"卓越计划"与大学生自我管理之间具有关联性,在分析了大学生自我管理现状的基础上,可以构建出大学生自我管理的原则框架,并提出相应的对策。

In order to foster creative students according to the requirements of ＂the Plan ior Gultlvatmg Outstanding Engineers＂, this paper proves and enriches the idea that university students need to manage their own study and life. This paper tries to clarify the connection between ＂the outstanding plan＂ and students＇ self- management. With an analysis of the current situation in students＇ self-management, this paper constructs a framework and provides some measures for students to improve their-management.
