A Discussion on Economic Compensation in Conversion of Farmland to Forest Program

本文通过对退耕还林经济补偿相关文献的研究,阐述了经济补偿现状中的各种问题,通过对现存研究成果的分析提出完善补偿机制的对策。

On the basis conversion of Farmland and puts forward some of researches on the relative literatures with regard to economic compensation in to Forest Program , this paper deals with the problems existing in the compensation measures which can improve the compensation mechanism.
