镁加铝抗胃溃疡作用初步研究

The Preliminary Studies on the Antiulcer Activities of Magaldrate

自制镁加铝与美国镁加铝Riopanplus (阳性对照品 )对盐酸、无水乙醇、阿司匹林所致小鼠溃疡以及对大鼠幽门结扎型溃疡有显著的抑制作用 ,两者没有显著的差别 ;显示高剂量镁加铝(16 0 0mg/kg)对乙醇引起的胃粘膜损伤具有明显的保护作用 ,其作用与硫糖铝的粘膜保护作用相当 .

The antiulcer activities and the gastric mucosa protection of self producted magaldrate have been studied in this paper.The result showed that the gastric ulcer was induced by hydrochloric acid,absolute ethanol and aspirin in mice respectively and the pylorus ligated in rats were inhibited by magaldrate and U.S. magaldrate respectively and there was no marked difference as compared with the U.S. magaldrate.The magaldrate at the dose of 1 600 mg/kg produced significant protection from the ethanol induced gastric necrotic lesions in mice,which acted as sucralfate.The conclusion is that magaldrate is a better antiulcer drug.
