沸石负载氧化铜工艺条件的优化及其处理酸性大红GR废水

摘要 采用正交试验法考察了m(沸石)/V(硝酸铜溶液)(g.mL-1)、硝酸铜溶液浓度(mol.L-1)、焙烧温度(℃)和焙烧时间(h)对色度和COD去除率的影响,通过直观分析、方差分析和因素趋势图分析,确定了沸石负载氧化铜的最佳工艺条件:m(沸石)/V(硝酸铜溶液)=1∶4 g.mL-1,硝酸铜溶液浓度为1.0 mol.L-1,焙烧温度为400℃,焙烧时间为5 h。用上述最佳条件下制备的催化剂样品处理酸性大红GR废水,色度和COD去除率分别达到99.97%和88.27%,相应的出水色度和COD指标分别为6稀释倍数和76 mg.L-1,达到GB 4287—92《纺织染整工业污染物排放标准》规定的一级排放标准。 The effects of ratio of zeolite(g)/copper nitrate solution(mL),concentration of copper nitrate solution(mol·L-1),calcination temperature(℃)and calcination time(h) on the CuO loading on zeolite were investigated and their optimal technical conditions were determined to be 1:4 g·mL-1,1.0 mol·L-1,400 ℃ and 5 h,respectively,through the visual analysis,analysis of variance and factors trend diagram analysis.The zeolite loaded CuO catalyst prepared under the optimal conditions was used to treat the acid red GR wastewater.The color and COD removal rate of GR wastewater reached 99.97% and 88.27% with corresponding effluent chromaticity and COD indexes of 6 diluted times and 76 mg·L-1,respectively.Which reached the discharge standard of level 1.The standard was regulated by Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Dyeing and Finishing of Textile Industry(GB 4287-92).
