摘要
进行了大扶康、大蒜素、大蒜油注射液抗深部真菌药效学的研究 ,采用沙氏培养基倍比稀释法观察不同接菌量、不同培养时间对药物最小抑菌浓度 (MIC)、最小杀菌浓度 (MBC)的影响 .用1× 10 5cfu/ /mL的接菌量 ,测定了大扶康、大蒜素、大蒜油注射液对 6 5株 (临床分离和标准菌株 )深部真菌的MIC50 、MIC90 、MBC50 、MBC90 .结果显示大扶康对白色念珠菌、热带念珠菌和新型隐球菌有较好的抑制作用 ,而对其它真菌无抑制作用和杀灭作用 .大蒜素、大蒜油注射液对所有真菌均有抑、杀作用 ,说明他们具有广谱抑、杀真菌的作用特点 .提示 :临床在不明确的严重真菌感染时 。
A study on the pharmacodynetics of diflucan,allitridi,and the garlic oil injection against system fungi was carried out.The influence of fungi concentrations and incubation time on minimal inhibitory concentrations(MICs) and minimal bactericidal concentrations(MBCs)was observed by the double dilution method with sabourand agar.MICs and MBCs of them were determined by inoculation 1×10 5 cfu/mL for 65 species of fungi (clinic and standerd).Diflucan was effective in vitro against Candida albicans,Candida tropicalis and Cryptococcus neoformans while it was no use for other fungi.Allitridi and the garlic oil injection were effective against all these fungi in experiments.It was noted that when the severe infection was not definite it might increase the therapeutic effect with combination of the two drugs.
