部分军队医院护士长激励因素满意度的调查

摘要 目的了解部分军队医院护士长激励因素满意度的情况,为制定有效的激励机制提供依据。方法 2011年1月,采用自制问卷对某驻地3所军队中心医院的81名护士长进行调查,了解其对激励因素的满意度情况。结果激励因素满意度各维度的得分中,爱与归属维度的得分最低,满意度得分最高;环境、物质利益和报酬维度的得分最高,满意度得分最低。不同婚姻状况、用工性质及工作年限的护士长爱与归属维度得分的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);担任护士长不同年限的护士长自我实现维度得分的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其余各维度得分的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论医院管理者应充分认识到加强护士长队伍建设的重要性,考虑护士长的个性特点和个体差异,有针对性地制定激励措施,提高护士长的工作积极性。 Objective To investigate the head nurses" satisfaction of motivational factors, so as to provide an effective application of motivation management of head nurses. Methods Cluster sampling was adopted to investigate 81 head nurse with questionnaires in three military centeral hospitals in January 2011. Results Of the scores of satisfaction dimensions of motivational factors, the lowest score was in the dimension of love and sense of belonging with the highest score in satisfaction; The highest scores were in the dimen- sions of environment, material benefits and rewards and with the lowest score in satisfaction. Significant differences were observed on the dimension scores of love and sense of belonging in head nurses with dif- ferent marital status, employment nature and working experience(P〈0.05). Significant differences were also observed on the dimension scores of self-realization in head nurse with different working experience (P〈0.05). However, no significant difference was detected on the rest dimension scores(P〉0. 05). Conclusion Considering the individual differences, we should adopt different motivation in accordance to their needs in the management of head nurses to fully mobilize their work enthusiasm.
