青岛地区部分外来务工人员心理适应性的干预效果

Investigation and Intervention of Psychological Adaptability of Migrant Workers in Qingdao

目的了解青岛地区部分外来务工人员的心理适应性,以期为制定针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法采用自制问卷分别于2009年3月和2009年6月对青岛地区部分外来务工人员进行两次调查,2009年3月进行首次调查后,记录调查结果,并对外来务工人员进行心理适应性干预,于2009年6月采用相同的问卷再次进行调查,了解干预效果。结果干预后3个月与干预前比较,青岛地区部分外来务工人员在人际关系、忧郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖等5个因子方面差异有统计学意义﹙P<0.05﹚,而在躯体化、强迫、偏执及精神病等4个因子方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论政府有关部门及企业管理者应对外来务工人员加以积极的心理疏导和社会帮扶,以促进外来务工人员更快地融入当地社会,创造社会价值。

Objective To investigate the psychological adaptability of migrant workers in Qingdao,so as to provide a basis to formulate the corresponding countermeasures. Methods Through the self-designed ques- tionnaires in March and June 2009, the migrant workers in Qingdao were surveyed twice. The issues related to psychological adaptability revealed in the initial survey were managed accordingly. The same question- naire was used to determine the effect of the intervention in June 2009. Results Compared with those before the intervention, significant differences were observed in the five aspects of interpersonal relation- ships, depression, anxiety and hostility illness terrorist（P〈0. 05）, while no significant difference was detected on the 4 aspects of somatization,obsessive,paranoid and psychotic disorder in migrant workers in Qingdao 3 months after the intervention （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The relevant government departments and business managers should deal with migrant workers with a positive psychological counseling and social assistance to promote migrant workers to faster integrate into the local community and to create social values.
