摘要
目的 :研究可愈糖浆中磷酸可待因和愈创木酚甘油醚两种成分的含量测定。方法 :采用毛细管区带电泳色谱 (CZE)法 ,以 0 .0 5mol·L-1磷酸盐缓冲液 ( pH =7.8)作运行液 ,分离电压 2 0kV(运行电流 10 0~ 110 μA)。 结果 :两种成分在 3~ 5min之内达到完全基线分离 ,保留时间在 3~ 5min之间 ,各组分溶液浓度在 40~ 30 0mg·L-1范围内 ,浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。选用盐酸去氯羟嗪为内标物 ,可对该药的两种成分磷酸可待因、愈创木酚甘油醚分别进行含量测定 ,批内RSD均小于 1% (n =9) ,两种成分的加样回收率不低于 97.0 2 % ,RSD均小于 3% (n =9)。结论 :本实验结果表明 ,毛细管电泳(CZE)法准确、可靠 。
OBJECTIVE:To study and search a simple and accurate method to determine the codeine phosphate and graifenesin in KeYu syrup.METHODS:Capillary zone electrophoresis method was used.The mobil phase was 0.05 mol·L -1 phosphate buffer(pH= 7.8 ),and separated potential was 20 kV with current 100~110 μA.RESULTS:Two components was separated completely with baseline in 3~5 min.A good linear relationship was obtained betained between the peak area and concentration for each of two components with concentration in the range of 40~300 mg·L -1 .Using decloxine hydrochloride as internal standard,an assay procedure was carried out for two components,the RSD of determination was not less than 1%(n=9) between bacths.The average recovery of each component was not less than 97% with RSD<3%(n=9).CONCLUSIONS:The results demonstrated that capillary zone electrophoresis would be an accurate and simple method for determination of two components in KeYu syrup.
