炭黑N550用量对CM/CR共混胶性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 研究了炭黑(N550)用量对CM/CR(氯化聚乙烯/氯丁橡胶)共混胶性能的影响,实验结果表明,随着炭黑用量增多,共混胶的门尼黏度、ML、t90增大,MH、MH-ML、t10则呈减小趋势;炭黑用量越多,分散性能越差;炭黑用量为30份时,力学性能较好;炭黑能显著提高共混胶的耐油性能,用量越大,耐油性能越好。在动态应变条件下,共混胶贮能模量、损耗模量、损耗因子发生规律性变化。炭黑用量越多,Payne效应越明显。 The effect of carbon black loading levels on properties of CM/CR blends was investigated. The result showed that, with the increase of carbon black loading, Mooney viscosity, ML, and curing time increased, while MH, MH-ML, t90 declined. Carbon black dispersion became worse with the increase of carbon black. Blend filled with 30 phr N550 showed the best mechanical property. Oil resistance can be improved by the addition of Carbon black. Payne effect was observed in blends filled with carbon black. The more carbon black loadings, the more obvious Payne effect was observed.
