摘要 通过分别剖析"两难"问题的成因,梳理了"两难"之间的关系,鉴于高职教育自身属性及定位决定着其与企业间存在着最为紧密关联,可通过高职和企业同步实施招生招工、提升技术水平改善薪金待遇、工学结合、订单培养等方面开展深度的校企合作等举措,共同破解"两难"困境。 This paper studies causes of "two difficulties" separately,and analyze their relationship in details.Considering the attributes of vocational education itself and its positioning,which determines its close relation with enterprise,it is workable to solve this "two difficulties" situation by developing further cooperation between schools and enterprises,like synchronized recruiting by vocational education and enterprise,improving technology and salary,combining and connecting learning and working,and directed education and so on.
