护理模式转变对护理资源配置的对策探讨

Countermeasure of Nursing Resources Allocation with Change of Nursing Model

护理模式从疾病护理向整体护理转变的过程中 ,原有的护理资源布局将重新配置 ,并对护理资源提出了新的要求。增加护理人员 ,提高护理人员素质 ,改变护理人员的知识结构 ,合理引导护理资源的流向 ,加强社区护理资源的配置 。

WT5”BZ]When the nursing model turned from disease nursing to holistic nursing,the former distribution of nursing resources should be re allocated and the new demand for nursing resources would appear.The main factors of nursing resources allocation during the change of nursing model were increasing number of nurse,improving quality of nurse,changing nurses structure of knowledge,guiding rational distribution direction of nursing resources and strengthening allocation of community nursing resources.
