人字齿注射模设计

摘要 为了解决塑料人字齿轮的同心性、齿形成型收缩以及其它的特性,通过分析人字齿轮塑件的结构特征,设计出了定模盘式旋转弧形弯销复位、动模二级推出和整体式型腔嵌入的新式注射模具结构,保证高的加工精确要求。模具结构对同类形状塑件具有一定的参考价值。 By analyzing the characteristics of the plate rotation type frame, the two--time rotary reset apparatuses are mainly stated. Reasonable structure of double helical gear, the design of fixed die departing on Moving die injection mold and the advanced set of die structure, reliable action,products be mouldingsuccessfully, the production, which is high precision plastic parts, meets customer's requirements fully, the structure of molds has a reference value to similar shape plastic parts.
