Social Organizations From the Perspective of the Efficiency of Improving People's Livelihood

提升改善民生的效率是加快推进改善民生进程的重要前提。社会组织作为准公共组织,非营利性、非政府性、独立性、志愿性、公益性等特征使其在改善民生方面具有高效率;社会组织也能有效提升政府改善民生的效率,包括提升规模效率、分配效率和运用效率。重视社会组织的价值,推动社会组织健康有序发展,有利于加速民生问题的解决进程。

Increasing the efficiency of improving people＇s livelihood is an important prerequisite for accelerating the process of improving people＇s livelihood.Society organizations,as quasi-public organizations,have high efficiency in improving people＇s livelihood because of the characteristics such as non-profit,non-governmental,independent,voluntary,public welfare.Society organizations also can effectively improve the efficiency of government＇s improving people＇s livelihood,including the increasing of the scale efficiency,allocative efficiency and use efficiency.Emphasis on the value of social organizations,and promote its development healthy and orderly,so as to accelerate the process of resolving people＇s livelihood problems.
