摘要
为提高天铁6#高炉测堵和清堵的自动化水平,结合喷煤分配器的工艺要求,采用GEPACRx3i自动控制技术,设计了天铁6#高炉喷煤双分配器清堵控制系统。实际应用表明,该系统有利于气流和煤粉稳定地进入炉内、化学反应的正常进行,提高了煤粉喷吹量,实现了系统的稳定运行和数据共享,降低了操作人员的劳动强度,保证了高炉喷吹煤粉工艺的顺利进行。
In order to improve the automation level of Tiantie BF 6 block testing and clearing system,in combination with process requirement of coal injection distributor,the author designed a duel distributor block clearing control system for Tiantie BF 6 coal injection system by means of GE PAC Rx3i automatic control technique.Practice showed that the system helped air flow and pulverized coal enter the blast furnace steadily,facilitated chemical reaction,increased coal injection quantity,realized the stable running and data sharing of the system,reduced operators' work intensity and ensured BF coal injection procedure.
